The Blende Dental Group and House Call Dentists serve both the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. Their team travels to hospitals, homes, and hotels, and needed a way to securely and instantly access their patient information from any location, including dental charts in Dentrix, and radiographs in Dexis. They needed to enable dentists working in different locations to view patient files together and collaboratively treatment plan their cases. The solution is HIPAA compliant.
Doctors now lookup patient records in Dentrix and add notes from their iPads or laptops at any time, including between house calls and hospital visits. Radiographs taken using Dexis are quickly synchronized and available to all users just like in a typical office.
