Horizon View 6.2 and Windows 10 are Here

At the VMWorld 2015 conference this week, Horizon View 6.2 was announced and is now installed at Nine Virtual Technologies.  The announcement includes some exciting features that we are certain will make our customers happy.  Horizon View 6.2 includes enhancements to Windows 2012 R2 allowing for hardware 3D graphic acceleration.  Customers will now be able to enjoy a true 3D experience in Windows 2012 R2 Servers.  Skype for Business (Formerly Lync 2013) is now officially supported across all Windows platforms with audio and video redirection.  Finally, Windows 10 is now fully supported as part of our vOffice Platnuim offering.

Using an iPad or iPhone to access our environment?  The new Horizon View client for iOS supports Touch ID for easy login.

For federal government customers, the solution will also be compliant with the FIPS 140-2 regulation for security
